At Ashlea Pools, we take great pride in ensuring that all our guests are looked after to the highest standards. From the moment you arrive, we want your stay to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. To help us prepare your lodge to our usual high standard — and to meet any specific requirements you may have — we kindly ask that you read and understand our Booking Conditions before your stay.
This ensures everything runs smoothly and helps avoid any misunderstandings, so that no one arrives — or leaves — disappointed. Your happiness is our goal.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Lodge bookings run from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Please note that early check-ins and late departures must be arranged in advance.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of a national emergency, war, prohibitive government regulations, or any other situation beyond reasonable control that makes fulfilling the booking agreement impossible, both parties will be released from their respective obligations.
Payment Terms
A deposit per break is required at the time of booking, along with written confirmation. The balance of your booking must be paid no later than 42 days (6 weeks) before your arrival. Payments can be made by debit or credit card . Card details are taken upon arrival for security purposes.
We reserve the right to re-let your lodge if the balance is not received by the due date.
Upon arrival, a £200 pre-authorisation deposit will be taken. This is a temporary hold on funds and is not a charge.
In the event of the hirer cancelling the holiday the Deposit will be forfeited. Should the hirer cancel the holiday within 42 clear days (6 week) period prior to commencement, the whole of the payment will be forfeited. If you have to cancel, it is obviously in your interest to do so as early as possible.
